Liberal Larry Abandons Indiana

The Bucshons will live in the Capitol Hill condo he bought for $295,000 after his election to Congress in 2010. Bucshon's wife and daughter will move out of the family's 9,500-square-foot, three-acre Warrick County home.”

“Where’s Larry,” Dr. Moss asked at a meeting in Jasper, Indiana. “Has anyone seen Larry?  Can’t find hide or hair of the Congressman. Not at town halls or local meetings.  Not amongst the people of Indiana.  Not in his former home that he sold.  No, he’s hunkering down in Washington DC where he moved to be with the lobbyists, consultants, and other career politicians like him.”

“It didn’t take Liberal Larry long to become a typical DC politician.  At least Richard Lugar and Evan Bayh waited before exposing their DC centric tendencies. But not Larry.  He was ready to abandon Indiana to live in DC and become another Beltway politician.”

“But why would a politician move to DC and not live in the area he represents? Because his interests are in Washington, not Indiana.  The decision reflects his preferences: to live in the most corrupt city in the world, Washington DC, to be amongst the DC insiders and special interests.”

Bucshon, his wife and 13-year-old daughter live in the one-bedroom Capitol Hill co-op he bought for $295,000 after his election to Congress in 2010. But Bucshon said they recently rented a larger apartment in Northwest D.C., and will rent the co-op in turn to someone else.”

“Larry has voted to cut deals with Democrats, grow the size of government, accumulate more debt, and bankrupt our children.  He is a reliable vote for Paul Ryan, the Republican Establishment, and the DC Swamp.  Like all career politicians in DC he has voted for the lobbyists not his constituents.  He will not drain the Swamp, he is part of the Swamp.  He does not support President Trump’s agenda, he opposes it.  Liberal Larry has abandoned Indiana and his Hoosier constituents in his votes, his support of the status quo and the Stand-For-Nothing Republican Party, and in his decision to move to Washington DC.  He needs to go.”

“If elected, I promise you I will never move my family out of Indiana and last of all to DC. I have no interest in living in DC. I will stay in the community that sent me to Congress to represent them. That is my oath.”

Dr. Richard Moss is a board certified head and neck cancer surgeon and was a candidate for Congress in 2016. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and has been in practice in Jasper and Washington, IN for over 20 years. He is married with four children.
